|Solution:||The ATM detected a power failure during a dispense operation.
1. Inspect the dispenser for bill jams. Remove any notes from the bill path.
2. Before reinitializing the ATM, first the verify amount of dispensed notes in the cassette against the journal.
3. Check the power supply's output to the dispenser. If the power output is irregular, replace the power supply or send it in for repair.
4. If the power output is correct and the error persists, replace the dispenser or send it in for repair.
Note: If this is a Hantle or GenMega ATM with a DeLaRue SDD dispenser in it, this error can be caused by a software glitch. Re-install and update the AP software on the ATM to the latest version available.
