| Solution: | The CS4B sensor is blocked, or is defective. Corrective steps: 1. Check for jammed notes or other obstructions to the CS4B sensor. Reboot the ATM. 2. Clean the CS4B sensor. Check the sensor cable. 3. Check the CDU Setup screen in the Operator Functions, and make sure the mini-CD type setting is correct. 4. Replace the CS4B sensor. If sensor replacement is unavailable, replace the dispenser or send it in for repair. |
